Shipments

The cost of shipping is calculated automatically before payment based on the products ordered and the destination address of the goods.

 

Your order placed on madeinitalystores will be processed in the warehouse, within 24 working hours and subsequently delivered with express couriers within 48/72 working hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), without prejudice to certain unforeseen events that may extend delivery times. (Christmas and Easter period, bad weather, absence of the recipient, temporary exhaustion of the goods, goods that require special preparation, etc.).

 

Orders placed by Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Sunday orders will be shipped on the Monday of the following week to ensure that the products arrive fresh and do not remain in the courier stores on the weekend, thus compromising the product.

 

In this regard, please provide us with an address where the package can certainly be received and also, provide us with a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) to be given to the courier.

 

Any number you provide us will not be registered in our archives in any way, it will only be used to contact you to establish any details relating to that particular shipment.

 

The courier makes 2 attempts for delivery.

In the event that the recipient is absent after two passes of the courier, Madeinitalystores will call the customer back by phone to proceed with the delivery of the package.
