WINE
The hand-picked grapes are vinified separately in cement and stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25º C. The maceration lasts an average of 20 days during which daily pumping over and de-aging aimed at greater extraction are carried out.
AGING
At the end of the malolactic fermentation follows refinement partly in wood, with large French oak barrels and barrels, and partly in cement tanks for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES / SENSORY ANALYSIS
Red wine with a beautiful ruby red color tending to garnet. Intense bouquet, typical of the grape variety with fruity notes of red plum, blackberries, cherries as well as nuanced floral notes of liquorice. Dry and strong taste, warm and well structured. It is striking for its softness that contrasts well with the notes of sapidity and tannins, prolonging the pleasant sensation of vinosity which gives it an extraordinary drinkability, especially appreciable when paired at the table.

Tuscan crostini, pici alla senese, beef stew with artichokes, fresh pecorino cheese, extra dark chocolate and Tuscan cigar.
