VINIFICATION : destemming, soft pressing, yield in flower must 60% on the grapes, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature

MATURATION: in steel with a short passage in barriques

AGING : one month in bottle at controlled temperature

TASTING : straw yellow with greenish reflections

BOUQUET : delicate, floral with hints of flowers, fruity

TASTE : soft, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION : goes well with fish dishes and appetizers

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 8-10 degrees
