VINIFICATION : destemming, soft pressing, yield in flower must 60% on the grapes, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature

MATURATION: in steel with a short passage in barriques

AGING : one month in bottle at controlled temperature

TASTING : typical rose of Cirò

BOUQUET : delicate, floral with hints of flowers and spices.

TASTE : soft and harmonious

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION : it goes well with fish dishes, white meats and cream cheeses.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 8-10 degrees
