For our homemade jam, we selected freshly picked pears of excellent quality, which make it dense and grainy, the addition of our saffron gave it an excellent flavor. The pears used make up 75% of the product, the remaining 25% is made up of cane sugar, juice of Siracusa lemons PGI and saffron. We recommend it on cheeses, to garnish desserts or tarts, or simply spread on rusks.
