It seems that the recipe for tarallini was born by chance: legend has it that a mother, having nothing to feed her children with, kneaded the flour with what little she had in the pantry. Flour, olive oil, wine and salt ... thus formed circles that he cooked in a wood oven. The recipe is so simple that we didn't want to change it.
