HARVEST : manual first week of October

YIELD PER HECTARE OF GRAPES : 60-70 quintals

VINIFICATION : traditional fermentation with maceration for 8-12 days soft racking

MATURATION: in steel for five months with a short passage in barriques

AGING : two months in bottle at controlled temperature

TASTING : bright red color.

BOUQUET : delicate, intense, straight and pleasant.

FLAVOR : full warm, pleasantly vinous, balanced, sapid and persistent

FOOD PAIRING : excellent with all dishes, ideal for red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses

SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 17-18 degrees
