The red gold of Iblei saffron, first class certified according to ISO-3632 1/2, is sold in pistils and in glass jars to guarantee and preserve its qualities. The harvest that is carried out manually from the first light of the day, the uncontaminated climate of Buccheri, the presence of volcanic rock and the total organic cultivation, characterize the excellent qualities, such as the purple red color, the intense perfume and aroma.
